What We Do
Pre-Workshop Process Mapping
Before we walk in, we study your current delivery workflows, tools, and pain points.
The workshop is built around your reality, we don't use generic examples.
AI Fundamentals Workshop
We cover mandatory knowledge for using AI in organizations: prompt engineering, responsible AI principles, understanding AI capabilities and limitations, changes in the job market
AI-Augmented Workflow Design
We show how AI fits into delivery processes your teams already run, like planning, risk assessment, status reporting, resource allocation, retrospectives.
Hands-On Lab
Participants work with AI tools on real scenarios from your day-to-day. They leave having actually used AI on their own work, ready to do the same in their work environment.
